NEW EARTH FOR MODERN AGRICULTURE
Introduction
Due to the increased state interest in modern and advanced agriculture through which it aims to increase the green area in the Arab Republic of Egypt and increase the productivity of crops, fruits and vegetables as well as rationalize the consumption of water use through modern irrigation systems .
The state has decided to establish a New Egyptian Countryside Development Company to support and follow up on companies and individuals wishing to work in the fields of modern agriculture.
Through our shareholders experience in this field and collaboration with the New Egyptian Countryside Development Company, we have established New Earth For Modern Agriculture.
About the company
An Egyptian joint stock company, Commercial Register No. 188667, subject to the provisions of Law No. 72 of 2017 on the establishment of money companies.
The company works in cooperation with and under the supervision of the New Egyptian Countryside Development Company and government and official agencies concerned with the company’s activity.
Purpose of the company
The main objective of the establishment of New Earth For Modern Agriculture is to contribute to increasing national income, achieving food security for the state, creating new jobs and utilizing the latest technologies in agriculture and food industries with a focus on preserving the environment and rationalizing the use of irrigation water through the following:
1 – Reclamation, cultivation and development of desert lands and investment in food manufacturing, livestock production in agricultural development areas.
2 – Establishing services to assist in agricultural and food production by establishing specialized facilities based on diverse agricultural production.
More about the company
1 – Company’s duration is 25 calendar years renewable.
2 – Company’s headquarters: Ahmed Orabi Agricultural Association in, plot # 320 line 9, Oboor City, North of Cairo .
3 – Project Site – Menya Governorate – west of Samalout.
4 – Initial area is about 2,000 acres (2,000 acres) in the first phase, with the possibility of increasing the total area to 7,000 acres (7,000 acres) in the next phase.
5 – The state issues permits and licenses based on 7.5% of the total area for food security projects, which entitles us to establish projects such as juice and concentrates factory -food processing factories – vegetable oil factory – packaging factories – organic fertilizers factory and feed, as well as livestock and poultry projects under licenses and permits from the state.
Current achievements
1- The actual area is prepared after determining its coordinates from the official authorities of the state and its borders according to the approved maps.
2- The electrical power supply have been connected to the site.
3- Groundwater wells for irrigation have been drilled.
4- The land has been leveled and the main and sub-irrigation systems have been extended in preparation for agriculture.
5- The purchase and supply of suitable seedlings for agriculture has
Been donebafter identifying the types suitable for the area in addition to the intercultures to be grown under fruit trees
6- Roads and areas to be built for housing and administrative buildings have been identified and construction of buildings and infrastructure are under way.
7- Lands for Factories, agricultural services and other services such as gas station, maintenance centers and shops have been alocated . industrial and food processing projects will be developed and completed within two years.
